Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the TV Screen Hub app and the tvscreenhub.com digital signage platform handle and how it is used.

What the app does

The app plays, on a TV or display, the content that the account owner manages from the web dashboard (videos, images, web links, playlists and meeting screen-sharing). A screen is linked to an account with a pairing code shown on the screen.

Data we collect

• Technical screen data: pairing code, a random device identifier created by the app, device model, Android version, app version, screen resolution and online status — used to run the screen and show whether it is working.
• Content: files and links uploaded by the account owner, cached on the device for offline playback.
• Account data (dashboard only, not the app): name, email and company details.

What we do not collect

• No camera, microphone or location access.
• No ads and no advertising trackers.
• We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Meetings

In meeting mode, laptop screens are streamed directly to the display over encrypted WebRTC. Streams are not recorded or stored on our servers.

External links

Web pages that an account owner chooses to display are governed by their own privacy policies.

Storage and security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on our servers for as long as the screen is linked to the account.

Deleting data

Account owners can delete screens and content from the dashboard at any time, or request deletion of the account and all its data at sales@tvscreenhub.com. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on the device.

Children

The service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.
