A smart meeting room display — on the TV already in your room
No need for a costly interactive panel or a wireless presentation box in every room. TV Content turns any meeting-room TV into a full meeting display: your team presents from a laptop or phone with a 6-digit code, explains on a digital whiteboard and draws over their own screen — and when the meeting ends the TV goes back to your company content on its own.
See a meeting screen in action
Real recording from a TV Content meeting screen: a code on the TV and several laptops presenting at once.
How it works in your company
- Start the meeting from the dashboard with one click next to the room's screen — the TV shows tvscreenhub.com/join, a 6-digit code and a QR code.
- Attendees open the address on their laptop and type the code — no long links, no scanning a QR with a laptop webcam.
- They choose what to show: the whole screen, a window, a tab or the whiteboard — and from a phone: the camera or the whiteboard by touch.
- The TV splits automatically for up to 4 presenters, with each name shown under its tile.
- With the TV remote you can remove any presenter or end the whole meeting — and the screen returns to its playlist.
Everything a meeting room needs, on one screen
A short code instead of links
tvscreenhub.com/join plus a 6-digit code is typed in seconds — ideal for daily team meetings.
Up to 4 devices at once
Compare sales, marketing and operations side by side instead of swapping the HDMI cable.
Digital whiteboard
Pen, highlighter, laser pointer, shapes, arrows, Arabic and English text, multiple pages, undo/redo and save as an image.
Annotate your live screen
Mark up a report or slide while it is on the TV — everyone sees it instantly.
Phones too
Share the phone camera (paper, product, physical whiteboard) or draw on the whiteboard by finger — straight from the browser.
Moderate with the TV remote
Press OK on the remote to remove a presenter or end the meeting after a confirmation.
Per-account permissions
Admins enable meetings per account or supervisor; each sees the meeting button only on their own screens.
One screen all day
Outside meetings the TV shows company news, KPI dashboards and internal announcements from its playlist.
